I offer one to one and group sessions online and in Cheltenham. I have a particular interest in working with those in persistent pain. There are strong links between anxiety, stress, and depression, and ongoing pain. Mindfulness helps reduce pain whatever the cause. And can be a valuable self-management tool to live well even when you have pain. I also offer workplace wellbeing workshops and guided meditation.
