I am a full practitioner member of the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and an hold experienced teacher designation with the Global Online Yoga Association (GOYA).
My approaches include: MBSR, meditation, Yoga (specialising in Yin and Nidra), breathwork and pranayama, Shinrin Yoku, Cold Water Therapy, and body-mind healing through somatics, nature-based therapies, and Reiki. As a qualified diet & nutrition advisor and herbalist with training in eating psychology, I also offer advice on diet and mindful eating.

As a member of the CMA and GOYA, I have committed to continuing professional development to maintain both professional memberships. As per the ethics of yoga, I am also required to provide voluntary service to my community and maintain prescribed hours of professional and personal practice.
I have completed over 750 hours of CPD in the last two years and am currently studying for my 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate which will afford me 500 Hour Teacher Training status, and the most comprehensive Pranayama Teacher Training Certificate available. Both are accredited by the Yoga Alliance and GOYA.
