I am a GMC registered doctor, working in anaesthesia and intensive care. My mindfulness journey began at the University of Southampton, where I completed research into mindfulness in medical education. I have transformed my life and those of my close friends by integrating these ancient teachings to our modern life. I am currently completing a diploma in Mindfulness Based Clinical Hypnosis with aim of guiding my clients to reach towards their higher self.
