I have been counselling for 6 years, during that time discovering just how valuable mindfulness is for peoples well-being.
I found it can improve people's ability to focus their mind, enhance self-awareness and transform stress management.
After years of learning and practicing mindfulness I made the decision to train in Mindfulness teaching. In spring 2021 I am excited to be launching an 8 week Mindfulness course for both group classes and one to one lessons.
